Introduction
Women's Ministries of LCC is there to provide women the chance to come together and fellowship. In the past, Linda Warner has hosted beautiful tea parties, where everyone receives of different delicately decorated pot, several choices of teas, and delicious selection of finger foods. Other events include the yearly fundraiser, Easter Fudge Eggs (see the page titled "upcoming" for details), which help cover the cost of some of the WM events as well as continue support for church maintenance and other needs.

Women's Retreat - Lake Arrowhead
On a cloudy southern California morning we set out for a girls’ weekend of fun and fellowship. The fun began the moment we closed the doors of the cars and did not stop until we crawled out on Sunday tired from the drive but rejuvenated from the experience. We stayed at an amazing cabin, set in the middle of the Big Bear Forest. The beautiful trees, the playful squirrels and the daffodils made it impossible to not stop and wonder at the beauty that God has created for us to enjoy. The surroundings alone are enough to calm the senses and focus the soul. However, that was just the beginning. New friendships were formed and old bonds strengthened during games of Pictionary, nature walks, fabulous meals and the devotionals. The devotion Bloom Where You are Planted is a message that applied to each woman no matter where they are in their life. The laughs, memories and the sisterhood that was present is something that was refreshing and long overdue.
